Brooke had never seen herself this way before.
We didn't chase perfect poses or create a fantasy. We spent an afternoon at home, letting the light move through the rooms while conversation replaced direction. What emerged wasn't a performance—it was recognition.
When she saw the photographs, she wrote:
"I am crying because I have never felt sooo beautiful."
To me, that's what portrait photography is about. Not changing how someone looks, but helping them see what was already there.
