This series is about everything in between.
I photographed Brooke, bassist of Sandman Sleeps, not as a performer, but as herself. Between rehearsals, instruments, mirrors, quiet moments, and bursts of energy, these photographs explore the personality that exists beyond the spotlight.
Rather than documenting a performance, I wanted to capture the atmosphere she carries with her even when no one is watching.
